My basement suite toilet clogged and they gave me quick answer for my situation and good service. I had called three plumbers in Vancouver but only here responded within one hour even it was after their business hours. Others replied next day. The plumber advised me some concern for the future and what I should talk with my landlord. That's helpful. I received the invoice next day and had paid by online. I had very positive impression for this company's service. Highly recommended.
